Sundance

The best boy ever, we are beyond blessed and grateful to have Sundance as a part of the Jenvy family. Bred by Rick and Rebecca Grommon and Kristyn Stout, Sundance came to us because they wanted a girl, and the litter was all 7 BOYS! He was determined the pick of the litter by Kellie Miller, and we jumped at the opportunity to bring him to Texas! Primarily residing with the Trezise family, Sundance is a beloved family companion. 

In the show ring, Sundance has far exceeded any of our expectations and goals. His first year as a special, he finished in the Top 20 with limited shows. In 2019, he finished in the Top 5, earning him an invite to Westminster Kennel Club. He also won the 2019 Brittany National Top 20 1st Runner-Up, and an Award of Merit at the National Specialty.

2020 started off with a BANG as he won Back-to-Back Group 1s and a Reserve BEST IN SHOW! He continued with group placements until COVID came along and caused shows to cancel for several months. After the lockdown, Sundance earned several more group placements, including another Group 1 to end the year. He finished 2020 in the Top 5 once again. Watch for him to continue his campaign in 2021!

Sundance has dabbled in the field and shows a lot of drive and instinct. We intend to continue to bring out the inner bird dog in him and give some Hunt Tests a go! His puppies have shown tremendous promise in the field, and we can't wait to see what they accomplish!
